Jaahas.. Oli jo usko horjua moneenkin asiaan, mutta 121 lks testaus tuotti lopulta tuloksen. Jos D46 tai D47 saadaan lähtemään 960 m/s, niin 0.5 MOA osunta 150 metriin hyvissä olosuhteissa. on tosiasia. Latausta en paljasta, koska monenlaista kokeiltiin, mutta painemerkkejä ei ole eikä näytä olevan muitakaan ongelmia.

En tiedä onko aseen, kaliiperin, luodin, ruudin tai jonkun muun ominaisuus mutta osunta on hyvää joko aivan minimillä, tai sitten aivan vallan reippaalla annoksella. Noiden välialue jostain syystä heittelee osumia jopa 8cm kasoihin.. Käytin mallinuksessa GRT:n ohjelmaa jonka mukaan nopeus täsmää ja painetaso on huomion arvoisella tasolla. Samaten muutama kokenut  300 WM lataaja valoi uskoa yritykseen.

Those who have tried, measured and tested Lapua and Berger bullets in similar loadings - what do you think about consistency? Does Berger have better BC consistency at longer ranges (800-1000m) or is Lapua pretty much the same? I know that weight consistency is rather good on both manufacturers.

Now that Lapua owns Berger I doubt the differences are that big within a production lot. Differences between different production lots are greater.

Lapua constsntly improves their older Scenar bullets and the newer versions tend to look more like ScenarL even though the product codes remain the old ones. Old Scenar and Scenar today tend to differ somewhat.

Bergers used to be really similar from lot-to-lot years ago but today I have no idea.

Technically everything has an effect on everything but I dare to say the BC stays the same. The groups will diminish with smaller manufacturing tolerances. And the variance of BC will also vary less.

In Finland one extra problem is old Lapua bullets popping up here and there. The production lot could be from 1999 if the bullets were bought from an older reloader. These will NOT be the same bullets Lapua manufactures today.
