They already have tested and chosen the L115A1 which is a AWM in 338LM.
One problem lately has been that the orginal AI ended up in bankcruptcy and maybe Brits do not believe the new company targeting mainly US markets is not up to speed. Or the L115A1 has been found lacking in some aspects.
If the Brits do not even consider TRG-42 I think they are stupid. PGW will have difficulties in delivering Canada their rifles. UK orders would take a long time to deliver.
Böaser LRS2 is a target range and police operation weapon. I am surprised Australia has bought any of those for land warfare use.
We´ll see who wins. I believe TRG-42, PGW and AI Super-Magnum will be on the short list and maybe the new Rem700P in 338LM.
